Délices Folie's is the bakery and pastry shop of young pastry chef Jean PREMAT. Jean offers year-round bakery products, cakes and a snack menu for take-out with a wide range of savory products: sandwiches, paninis, salads and quiches. There is also a terrace where you can come and have a coffee, pastries, or a complete formula for the lunch break. “I make all the cakes and pastries from A to Z. I work with fresh, quality and seasonal products,” says Jean. One of her favorite desserts: the “Mystic”, made from a hazelnut biscuit, a crispy praline, a creamy dark chocolate and an intense chocolate mousse. Mouth-watering sweetness!
