Description

The Restaurant du Dahu offers traditional, carefully prepared cuisine creatively reinterpreted by a passionate young chef.
The menu changes weekly according to market produce and ideas. Local specialties (fondue, tartiflette, croziflette) are served alternatively. A 6-course Menu Découverte at 90€ (with wine pairing for an additional 30€) is also available by reservation for the whole table only, to give you an overview of their cuisine. The menu is only revealed at the table, to preserve the surprise. In summer: a barbecue evening once a week (Thursday) in the garden with a choice of starter, main course (grilled butcher's meat and seasonal vegetables) and/or dessert, to be enjoyed facing the mountains. Their Bar des Douceurs is open all day from Tuesday to Sunday for coffee breaks, lunch, aperitifs or dinner, with its sweet and savory "on-the-go" menu, 100% gluten-free but 100% gourmet. Enjoy them in the lounge, on the terrace or in the garden.
