Lynx Balm" workshop

The wild plants of our mountains abound in riches, long used by the ancients for daily body care.

In this workshop, we'll show you how to make a 100% natural "Baume du Lynx" (cousin of the famous Tiger Balm), using local plants, to soothe you after a hard day in the mountains. We'll explain the virtues of some of the common plants used. You'll learn simple cooking and blending techniques to create a final product that meets a specific need. What's more, you'll leave with your own preparation and the recipe for making it at home.
