The wild plants of our mountains abound in riches, long used by the ancients for daily body care. In this workshop, you'll discover how to make a range of natural products using local plants.

We will detail the virtues of some common plants used and then you will learn to make 2 treatments: A lip stick and an after-ski cream. You'll learn, for example, the simple techniques of cooking, emulsifying and judicious blending for a final product that meets a precise need. What's more, you'll go home with your own preparations and the recipes you need to make them at home.
