Triathlon coaching for groups and individuals.
Suitable for all levels.
In the summer, daily sessions will vary from swimming at the 25 or 50m pool or 1500m long Lac Montriond. Cycle varied routes including some famous Tour de France cols. Run trails along the river, around the lake and sometimes at higher altitude. Practice transitions and race scenarios.
In the winter we still have swimming sessions running at the pool as well as indoor cycling and strength classes.
For the full experience stay at our luxury chalet and sleep in super comfortable beds and eat chef quality prepared meals while talking triathlon with other like-minded people.
